Best box/dongel for full rpl backup (complete data)?

Hi all
in todays gsm industries there are too many boxes and dongels
and while using them some times we kill our phones.
Beacause that box cant make complete backups (including all importent data's in it)
so when we make any wrong step there is no possibilities to recover the phone.
And we have to purchase rpl or costly activations.
SO WANT TO ASK ALL EXPERTS
