I saw many threads about problem specially on 3Gs for unlocking which have firmware 3.1.3 and baseband 05.11.07,which get stuck after installing Blacksn0w Rc1.Now here is a working solution (Tested on 3Gs only but should work on 3G too)

Extract & install the attached .deb by cydia autoinstall method or which ever you prefer,Also it is reported that Wifi also starts working properly after this unlock.

P.S.
No warranty,Use on your own risk.Also remember it is for 3.1.3 (05.11.07) only.

Now also available on Cydia too.add source "http://cydia.pushfix.info" and install Blacksn0w RC2.
